3D Printed Pots
The act of combining sculptural aspects to functional objects has been a vision of mine for a while. Usually intricately designed pottery is expensive and tends to be mass produced. With this project I wanted to explore tools which allow me to sculpt in a natural way using 3D.

Installation Mock Ups
Plans for these models include large scale prints which could be installed indoors or outdoors. This could include parks or buildings with large windows. Outdoor installation would requiere printing using ABS. With a large scale 3D printer these models could be printed at any desired scale, my vision for installation would be 3-5 feet tall by 5-7 feet wide.
These could be used to plant air layered branches from already existing trees which get cut regularly by parks pruning programs. The pruning cutting usually get chipped away and used as mulch. The alternative to clone these branches would reduce carbon emissions which are released by the cut down branches and increase the number of trees in the city.
